From our headquarters in Cologne / Wesseling we are responsible for the distribution of the entire Eppendorf portfolios in Germany - the home market from Eppendorf. In addition to a competent sales team support application specialists provide customers with expertise and thus offer comprehensive solutions for different laboratories in the life sciences. A separate sample and demo equipment logistics complete the counseling service. Quality beyond the sale is reacted with an own service department and trained service technicians through the periodic review, calibration and maintenance of high-quality Eppendorf devices.
