The modern world demands high functionality and growing stress resistance on a daily basis. In today's professions, we too are confronted with pressure to perform due to self-imposed goals and, not least, external expectations. SPICEWISE FOUNDER PORTRAIT We, that is Philipp, Michael and Johannes, have been accompanying and supporting each other since kindergarten. The problems we had back then, such as a football stuck under the car, gave way to new everyday problems over the years. Today, we regularly fight against a lack of drive and creativity in the morning, an annoying midday slump or a restless sleep after exhausting days at work. Even in the past, we searched together for solutions to our problems - what was then the regained football is now the foundation of SPICEWISE and the development of the MINDSET.
