Do you also know that you actually want to eat healthy, but somehow something always gets in the way? You don't get out of bed in the morning and then you don't have time to have a good breakfast? Or you have too much stress at work, at university or at school and quickly eat something in between?

That's exactly what happened to us. We, that is Tim and Philipp, ourselves two passionate athletes with a penchant for healthy nutrition. In the morning the time in bed was often more valuable to us than the time for a proper breakfast. Throughout the day we were often so busy that there was no time to think about healthy eating. Over time, however, we realized that things could not go on like this. With increasing stress at work, at university or with our passion, the sport, we could not achieve our full performance in the long run. Thereupon we decided to change something and to put a special value on an adequate nutrition in the future.

After long research and many conversations with nutritionists, we discovered Smoothie Bowls for ourselves. They combine the long-lasting satiation of oatmeal with the good properties of vitamin-rich and delicious smoothies. To prepare a tasty and above all healthy Smoothie Bowl, however, you need a lot of time and knowledge about the nutritional values and vitamins of individual foods. Often, however, these two things are lacking. That's why we wanted to develop a simple and quick solution so that nothing stands in the way of a healthy diet.

No sooner said than done. For months we have been working with nutritionists & consultants on many sweaty days and nights (in Tim's little shared kitchen, but that's a different story) to develop the recipes for our smoothie bowls. Whether you'd rather travel with Alice to the land of berries or enjoy a cocoa whisper, a meal with the Oatsome Smoothie Bowls was the right way to a healthier life for us and hopefully soon it will be for you too.
