To achieve this, we must all pull together. For us, this means reducing meat consumption and thus saving greenhouse gases, water and agricultural land. Nobody has to give up enjoyment, but we must enjoy it more consciously. Therefore we develop products which consist of regional meat and hearty local mushrooms. This makes it easy and delicious to eat less meat.
