Clever Pasta stands for a new type of pasta made from lentils, chickpeas and other legumes, which not only tastes unique, but also goes quickly and easily and combines very special characteristics. Because Clever Pasta is not only gluten-free and vegan, but also offers a higher protein content and less carbohydrates than durum wheat pasta and is therefore compatible with many diet and nutrition concepts.
