Dezal Plus Sp. z o.o. was established as a result of restructuring processes initiated by DEZAMET S.A., which had been engaged in the production of electrical household appliances since 1960. In 1994, the company "Dezal" was established on the basis of the production assets of "DEZAMET", and soon, as a result of further ownership restructuring, a limited liability company - "Dezal Plus" was established, which from January 31, 2001 has the rights of a company operating in the Special Economic Zone. Due to this special status, the company is entitled to benefits in the area of real estate tax and corporate income tax, which are particularly favorable when carrying out investment tasks or increasing the number of jobs. The company currently employs 70 people.
