ALPENRIND GmbH, based in the beautiful Salzburger Land region, is a regional company that supplies customers throughout Europe with quality beef and veal and is part of the internationally active OSI Group, one of the largest private food producers in the world.

There are good reasons for our specialization in cattle and calves. We are located in the middle of a milk production area with a high concentration on organic farming.

We guarantee the highest standards of care for our animals. This standard is achieved through an active partnership between producer and marketer. The result for the consumer is premium beef of the best quality. That's what our name stands for! Economic factor

ALPENRIND is the leading meat processing company in the region and also the largest cattle slaughterhouse in western Austria. In addition, a large part of Austria's organic beef production runs through ALPENRIND. In 2010, ALPENRIND-salzburg achieved a turnover of around 100 million euros. Investments
