Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG ("Katjes International"), together with its two independent sister companies Katjes Fassin GmbH & Co. KG ("Katjes Deutschland") and Katjesgreenfood GmbH & Co. KG are part of the Katjes Group. Katjes International bundles the investments of the Katjes Group. We acquire companies with a focus on strong brands within the Western European confectionery market.

Our long-term "buy-and-hold" approach ensures that all investments remain legally and organizationally independent after the acquisition and are geared towards sustainable value growth. Katjes International has already built up a track record in cross-border M&A transactions within the confectionery market.
