The brilliant business idea of our company founder Dr. Herbert Doerr is now in its third generation: refining food. After forced nationalization, his son, Dr. Udo Doerr, dared to make a new start in 1990. Today, the founder's grandson, Christian Doerr, runs the Dresden-based family business. The trust and satisfaction of our customers remain the focus of our efforts. We consistently ensure the highest quality and the typical regional taste of our delicatessen salads, spreads, mayonnaises and sauces. Our top priority in product development is to fulfill the wishes of our customers.

We deliberately call ourselves "The Tasty Maker". This is because our delicatessen products are prepared gently and partly by hand. We pay attention to the best quality of all raw materials and select our ingredients carefully. Whichever of our over 100 salads and spreads you treat yourself to - quality is always our top priority. We ensure this by adhering to the strictest hygiene regulations and constant monitoring.
