In addition, the company operates three modern cash and carry wholesale markets for meat, sausage and ham specialties in Berlin, Radefeld and Eberswalde. The company has a total of approx. 15,000 m² of refrigerated storage space at its disposal that complies with EC directives. Around 1000 different, selected sausage and ham specialties including meat are traded by approx. 300 national and international suppliers to the meat industry. Imports are made from Hungary, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Austria and Poland. The customer potential includes all well-known chain stores, chains, caterers, department stores, C + C markets, meat product factories, hospitals, butcher's stores, canteen kitchens, canteens and the entire catering industry. Deliveries to customers are carried out by the company's own fleet of vehicles and contract refrigeration forwarders. Over 30 modern, refrigerated trucks with a load capacity of between 3.5 and 10 tons transport the goods to the customer every day or according to a fixed route plan. The delivery area covers most of Germany. With around 100 employees and state-of-the-art IT and communication technology, the company achieves an annual turnover of around €50 million.
