Rijk Zwaan Welver GmbH is the oldest sales subsidiary of the Rijk Zwaan Group. From Welver, we support seed distribution far beyond the borders of Germany.

Sales and services: The main tasks of Rijk Zwaan Welver are the sale of seeds and the provision of additional services such as cultivation support, chain management, point-of-sale checks and cultivation registration. We perform these tasks with professionally trained product advisors, our chain managers and our colleagues in the office.

We also have our own research and development department, which coordinates trial cultivation.

Northern and Eastern Europe: As the oldest sales subsidiary, Rijk Zwaan Welver specializes in supporting and developing sales organizations in Northern and Eastern Europe. We are active from Welver in the following countries, among others:

Scandinavia Baltic States Central and Eastern Europe and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Breeding and seed production The basis for our successful seed sales are our qualitatively outstanding varieties. Breeding and seed production is carried out by the Rijk Zwaan parent company with state-of-the-art breeding stations in the Netherlands (Fijnaart and De Lier) and around the world.

We also organize basic research, seed processing and everything to do with seed technology at our Rijk Zwaan headquarters in De Lier and at our breeding station in Fijnaart.
