The beginning. The idea was to create a new lifestyle drink in the premium segment that would close the gap between the various soft drinks, cola variations and energy drinks.

A "green can" was on the development plan, the contents of which were to consist entirely of natural ingredients and "naturally" without artificial additives. At the same time, the can had to look classy and, together with the new brand name, create a well-rounded concept. So it was also a matter of integrating the word "noble", which resulted in the "edlesgrün®" brand.

The implementation. The recipe was developed in South Tyrol, where most of the ingredients grow naturally and can be processed over short transportation distances. After a few weeks of testing, the list of ingredients was finalized and a unique taste was created - with elderberry, citrus fruit, acerola and green tea.

In order to create an uplifting drink, we opted for the natural caffeine source guarana, which is known for its pleasant effect. And the priority was still NOT to produce an energy drink. At the same time, negotiations with can manufacturers and beverage bottlers were underway.

We are in talks with well-known caterers, event organizers and hoteliers who all see the potential of this innovative drink and are very interested in bringing a real novelty to the drinks menu with edlesgrün®.

As edlesgrün® can also be enjoyed as an excellent mixed drink in combination with gin, sparkling wine or vodka, for example, our gastro partners are already developing new cocktail variations based on our champagne-colored drink. edlesgrün® is currently available in an elegantly designed 250 ml slimline can.
