Discovered the first time by chance in a supermarket in Zambia, Ginger Beer became a faithful companion for us on expeditions through distant countries. Returning from our last trip, we finally went on a search for our favourite drink - unfortunately unsuccessfully: No supermarket, no late dinner and hardly any pub led Ginger Beer. At most in some bars you can enjoy a Moscow Mule, because as a "filler" Ginger Beer already has a certain degree of fame and popularity in this country. However, due to their very strong taste and pronounced sweetness, these varieties are rarely drunk pure. And they simply serve a completely different purpose as fillers. Roll up your sleeves and go!

So it was time to revise our favourite drink in such a way that it would also become an irresistible pleasure on its own as a not too sweet and pleasantly spicy alcohol-free refreshment.

After about one and a half years we had found new original recipes and a racy name. Because in the land of beer drinkers nothing could be called beer at that time, which was not produced according to the purity law. And so the well-known Ginger Beer became our Ginger Root. Try & study

Numerous tastings with friends and acquaintances have been the most important help and inspiration for us over the years. In many constructive feedbacks on the characteristic Ginger Root, it became clear that there should be a milder and more fruity variant in addition to the classic one. Following this wish we created Gentle Ginger - the fruity-mild ginger composition.

...and if you think now: "Madness, the next new drink. This is what the world has been waiting for..." Exactly! And the waiting was worth it!
