The company was founded in 1982 to offer services in the field of repair, maintenance and support of technological systems. At the end of the 1980s, Vinicio Colombari, one of the partners, always attracted by technological innovation and the need to promote development and improvement in the bakery and confectionery sector, manufactures the first products to create a new brand: SITEP. In 2001, he acquires shares in the other partners, increasing research and innovation in the field of refrigeration and programmed proofing. He transforms SITEP GmbH into the company we know today, specializing in the development of new refrigeration system technologies for bakeries and pastry shops. New applications SITEP, in addition to standard production, are often made in a customer-oriented perspective; the impression that everything today characterizes the company. When implementing a customized application, the plan is shared with the customer during the design and construction steps. In both cases (standard and customized), the buyer is supported in the initial phase of the application by SITEP Engineer, who shows him how to better use the purchased refrigeration technology for dough processing. Thanks to its policy of pre- and post-sales support, Sitep is known for its seriousness, professionalism and efficiency. SITEP opened the new site in Gualdo di Voghiera, Ferrara - Italy in 2006. The building covers 1800 square meters on a total area of 5000 square meters. The offices are located on the second floor, the production and warehouse on the first floor. SITEP's mission is to offer advanced technology solutions for the processing of dough in the artisan and industrial sectors. SITEP's goal is to find solutions for its customers who are looking for projects to reduce the tedious work at night without losing the quality of the product. Our goal is to adapt our technology to your work and not the other way around, with the flexibility of our systems at your own pace and your product.
