Founded in 1978 with the macrobiotic diet trend, Anko Food Machine Co, Ltd started from the production of electric free automatic seed sprouters for families and restaurants. With their compact design, easy operation and reasonable price, the sprouters had a good reputation and a good reputation all over the world. In 1985, Robert OuYoung, Chairman of ANKO, received a customer request to produce a fully automatic sprouter. He sensed the business potential and believed that Chinese dim sum would become popular all over the world. Since then, he started to make ANKO a professional Chinese dim sum machine developer and manufacturer. After two years of intensive field survey and evaluation around the world for professional nutrition and its machine-related exhibitions, food from supermarkets and food manufacturers, he further confirmed the great potential demand for food machinery to adapt to rapidly changing food trends. Since 1987, ANKO has dedicated to develop series of Chinese dim sum machines for dumpling, shumai, spring roll, shumai, mini Asian dumpling, green onion cake, tang yuan, baozi, Chinese bun ... etc., until now, you can find almost any machine solution for Chinese dim sum from us. Besides Chinese dim sum machines, ANKO also received many requests from Indian customers for samosa. After Robert's Indian field studies and exhibitions, he was touched by the booming potential frozen food demand of nearly 1.3 billion nationals and overseas Indians. ANKO started producing machines for traditional Indian foods like Chapati , Rasgula, Gula jamum, Puri , Paratha, Nankem, Lacha Paratha ... etc. In 1992, Robert ANKO set a vision to become the most professional ethnic food machinery manufacturer in the world. ANKO thus expanded the RD team to develop food equipment for Eastern Europe, North and South America, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, etc. To expand production capacity, Robert established 2 individual companies in Ningbo, Ningbo ANKO and Ningbo HOMELIFE , Zhejiang, China, to manufacture parts and basic assembly.
