Trained baker Christian Weiße founded a repair business for bakery machines with his wife back in 1967. He also developed and produced new bakery machines, such as the shortbread molding machine. Over the years, he continued to expand the range of machines he offered.

"Small appliances big time"

is the motto of the Dresden-based company. This year, too, company owner Rainer Hochauf will be presenting himself to all quality-conscious bakers, confectioners and hotel owners at various trade fairs.

The product range consists of piping cake molding machines, poppy seed mills, hand-operated and electric pastry fillers, beating and stirring machines as well as rotary valves.

The highlight of the machine selection is the donut maker, which is available as a manual and electric appliance. The donut maker is a dosing device for the production of various boiled pastries from choux paste or ready-mixed flour or similar masses of the same consistency.

With the help of an extensive range of stamps, piped cakes, donuts, doughnuts and quark balls can be formed and deposited directly into the hot fat bath. The appliance is also characterized by its simple operation and handling.

This advantage is also offered by the robust poppy seed grinders from Weiße. The special feature of these appliances is the use of two fluted rollers, which are driven at different speeds, so that the poppy seeds are not ground but crushed and slightly torn. This process not only guarantees a higher yield of the ground product, but above all a fluffy, loose poppy seed.

The company now supplies retailers throughout Germany, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic, Spain, the CIS states and even Japan.
