AMA Weiterbildung GmbH is an independent qualification provider in the high-tech sector with a focus on sensor technology, optical technologies and microsystems and nanotechnology.

Our aim is to offer high-quality seminars, especially for medium-sized companies, in order to support the transfer from research to application. We also cover peripheral areas such as press and public relations work for technology companies, but pure soft skills such as communication, leadership and project management are outside our chosen focus. However, if you are interested, we will refer you to appropriate partners and draw your attention to their offers.

To achieve our goal, we rely on clear guiding values and high-quality partners from industry, research and development in order to always be at the forefront of technical research and development.

Why do we need you?

Many of the so-called advanced training seminars offered to date in the high-tech sector serve more to promote the organizers' sales or to provide general information than to impart knowledge or skills in a value-free manner. They therefore do not meet the requirements for neutral qualification.

On the other hand, the universities and regional networks with their sophisticated offerings do not yet have sufficient supra-regional access to the user potential to be able to achieve profitability and offer their seminars on a sustainable basis.

AMA Weiterbildung closes this gap through independent cooperation with various institutes, universities and industry partners, as well as the new and further development of our seminar offers according to the needs of interested parties and customers. We make sure that the focus is on knowledge transfer and that the "advertising blocks" of our partners are reduced to a minimum.
