In the beginning there was an ancient recipe from a monastery, enthusiasm for the wonderful power of ginger - and a big idea: We want to share our experiences with as many people as possible. That is why we have developed a completely new drink, inspired by traditional knowledge from ancient times, but perfectly suited to modern life.

All ingredients should correspond to our ideas and principles of a conscious life. Organic quality. Fair production. Sustainability. Not because it's fashionable, but because we live like it. So we started testing ginger varieties, trying out recipes.

At home in our kitchen. All by hand. And at the same time we have learned more and more. About ginger from budding to harvesting, about its use in all centuries of human history as well as about the latest scientific findings. About the correct peeling of the ginger tuber as well as about preserving it without preservatives.

Did you know, for example, that the gentle cutting of ginger preserves the bioactive substances in ginger much better than squeezing or pureeing it? This alone was one of many stages on the long road to ginger TRINK. Today we are proud of what we have achieved: A ginger drink that contains many of the plant's ingredients - and tastes really delicious at the same time.
