We are all united by our time together at the University of Hohenheim. We, that is Lisa, Pascal and Sandra, are currently working on our doctorate in food technology. Over the last few years we have acquired extensive knowledge about the production of food, about ingredients and compositions. However, we have noticed time and again that there are some "leftovers" in food production. Just throw these valuable foods away?! - Not with us! True to our motto "Use instead of wasting", we have found the perfect basis for building a versatile and innovative snack brand.
