Located on the banks of the river Rance, Bertel Crepes & Galettes is a family business that takes up the culinary traditions of Brittany. Since 1979, our family know-how has preserved a genuine regional tradition. We make crepes (wheat flour) and galettes (buckwheat flour), simply ready to use or already garnished with a wide choice of recipes. As well as Breton pastries: Kouign Amann (plain & apple), and Far (plain, apple, plum). All the pastries are made by hand. What started as a very local crêpes and galettes business in the garage of the current parent company has evolved into an IFS-certified company that distributes products throughout France and internationally.
