Record was founded in 1965 by Mr. Giuseppe Fioravanti, who started with a small batch production of flow wrapping machines for food and non-food products. Challenged by the ever-increasing demand for packaging solutions and with a far-sighted determination, he introduced simple but innovative and durable operating principles that transformed the flowpack from a rigid system into a flexible system. From the beginning, Record has constantly improved and adapted its product to the development of the modern food and non-food industry to guarantee its customers operational reliability and continuity, high speed and a higher quality factor. The factory is strategically located near Milan, in the municipality of Garbagnate Monastero; on an area of 18,000 square meters, the halls and administrative buildings extend over 6,300 square meters. The production facilities, designed according to modern, CE-compliant criteria and the advanced process technology based on the economy of mass production, are among the most important European manufacturers for the high quality of the products and for the quantity and variety of solutions offered and sold. The research and development department is equipped with modern tools and has a qualified team of IT, electronics and packaging experts who are involved in researching and testing new solutions that are essential for new projects and improving standard equipment. Since 1965, an attentive and close collaboration with our customers has been the main asset that guarantees the validity of our solutions and the reliability of our products. 7200 flow wrapping machines, 1000 automatic feeding systems and installations spread all over the world testify to a worldwide reputation in various fields of packaging, especially in the design of packaging machines and automatic packaging systems for bakery products. Our goal is full customer satisfaction through research and testing of new automated packaging systems and technical solutions. Development and construction of horizontal flow wrapping machines that are technologically advanced, durable and reliable, combined with modular automatic feeding systems that can be easily integrated into automated packaging systems.
