The U.S. Department of Agriculture's food safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced that German Sausage Haus, LLC, a Camano Island, Wash., is recalling approximately 1,252 pounds of Heat Treated, Not Fully Cooked-Not Shelf Stable (HTNFCNSS) meat products due to a possible processing deviation that may have led to staphylococcal enterotoxin contamination.
