Through friendship, understanding and a common marketing strategy, advantages are bundled in logistics, marketing and purchasing cooperations. We make Tuscany food - authentic, traditional - but also sometimes completely different / innovative. Our products are particularly appealing in taste and appearance, so that women/men will want to enjoy them.

Times are changing. Just 20 years ago, foie gras, lobster and caviar were the ultimate pleasures, but today they are not really ethically justifiable. The new delicacies are the old, natural (almost forgotten) foods. The old varieties of tomatoes, beans and potatoes are just a few examples. Many others run like a red thread through our farms and products.
