We produce a new brewhouse system that:   • allows a very fresh wort (the lower possible hot oxidation, better than what you obtain in a 4 vessel brew house) • a high filtering (lauter) efficiency to save money of raw materials • a modular skid (SIMATEC PATENT) that allows to increase the capacity of the production in a second time without changing anything but only adding one or more kettles
