Whether Classic Line, Organic Country Line, Organic Family Line, Retro Line or Trend Line: all sesame bars and nut bars as well as Halva and Sesam la Crème are gluten-free. SCHOCK's bars Almond Brittle, Cashew Brittle, Sesame Brittle, Pumpkin Brittle, Hazelnut Brittle, Nut Mix Honey Brittle, Cranberry Almond Brittle, Apricot Hazelnut Brittle or Peanut Brittle are also available in organic quality, certified by the independent inspection body ABCERT AG in accordance with GR-BIO-01. SCHOCK also offers rarer nut bars such as Pistachio Brittle or Pecan Brittle. The organic apricot-hazelnut brittle bar and the organic cranberry-almond brittle bar with fruit and rice crispies in the best organic quality provide even more variety. The sesame assortment ranges from the Sesame Brittle Bar in the Classic Line, to the Organic Sesame Brittle in the Organic Country Line and the Organic Family Line, to the Sesamac in the Retro Line and Trend Line. SCHOCK's sesame bars are also available as minis, as Sesame & Honey Brittle, Sesame Chocolate Brittle with melt-in-the-mouth chocolate or Sesamac Yoghurt Waves with yoghurt couverture and Sesamac Coco-Choco Waves with chocolate couverture and coconut flakes.
