About Heinzelmanns

In 2014, Robert Heinzelmann, two-cap chef and self-made Allgäuer, had the idea for the first time to produce an Asian, ready-to-eat basic sauce for his daily restaurant business, which can also be enjoyed by vegetarians and vegans. After years of development, a single basic sauce was transformed into a small Asian-influenced assortment of soothing, light, super delicious and ultimately 100% vegan ready-to-eat sauces for home use. The focus is always on a close connection to selected products with regional freshness.
