About frizle fresh foods

What began as a spontaneous idea in cooking has now become reality for us: a packaging that is also a press for spätzle. Filled with the best, natural, raw spaetzle dough.

In 2012 we presented our concept for the first time at the Biofach - the world's largest organic trade fair in Nuremberg. In 2013 we won the audience award "Best-New-Product-Award" there. In 2014 we even repeated this success with our Chili Spaetzle. In 2014 our dream finally came true: frizle was launched on the market.

A lot has happened since then: Since 2018 we have been producing our doughs ourselves in our factory in Ziegelhausen, a district of Heidelberg. And a lot has also happened in product development: our spaetzle are now available in four different varieties: classic, classic organic, wild garlic and herbs. However, our spaetzle dough alone was not enough for us: with our know-how of how to preserve fresh dough without adding additives or preservatives, we were able to expand our range, especially in the area of fresh, sweet doughs. In the meantime, pancakes, pancakes (also in organic quality) and various types of sponge cake have become an integral part of the frizle product family.
