Ninety years of experience Valuable raw milk has been processed into quality products at the Schöppingen site since 1922. Since then, we have consistently ensured that our facilities are state of the art. Continuous further development is at the heart of Sahnemolkerei H. Wiesehoff GmbH.

Raw milk from intact nature Our suppliers include more than 300 farmers. Our dairy farmers, with whom we maintain a partnership, guarantee the best quality raw milk.

Flexibility A special feature of our work is our high degree of flexibility in fulfilling customer wishes. Responsible production Strict product-related laboratory controls are used to monitor compliance with the high quality and food safety requirements of our products. In order to ensure the high quality standard, further internal and external laboratory tests are carried out in addition to the legally required tests. The responsible handling of milk as a valuable foodstuff is an important principle in the work of our employees. There are specific organizational rules for processes and procedures that make it clear to all employees what their tasks and responsibilities are. The safety of our employees' workplaces is constantly being improved through technical and organizational measures as well as accompanying external consultations.

Responsible treatment of employees We see ourselves as a company that is committed to tolerance, helpfulness and respect for our employees and their interests. Equal treatment of all employees is therefore a matter of course for us. Through the targeted further development of the company, we are able to create and maintain jobs in the region. The training of young people is of particular importance to us. All employees receive regular training on topics such as the Infection Protection Act, hygiene, occupational safety, food safety and new equipment.

With the help of our energy management system, we are able to identify potential changes at an early stage and can take technological, organizational and behavioural measures.
