Since 1969, we have been manufacturing professional pizza ovens that better meet the needs of our customers. Design, research and development have always been our strong points to build specific products such as wood-burning ovens with a base heated by gas burners. For more than 40 years we have been applying this concept to rotary hearths until reaching the modern systems of fully hybrid feeds, gas-wood or wood-electricity. Since 2000, we have developed and patented the FRV EVENTO series of electric rotary furnaces. In our production we boast a complete range of wood, gas and electric stoves in static or rotary versions. The high quality of our products combines ease of use, economy and maximum cooking performance. MORELLO FORNI has been designing and manufacturing ovens since 1969 and the development of the rotary sole oven is still today an exceptional and great feature due to its realization. The innovative thrust of practical necessity was born to solve the cooking problem of a typical product: the farinata (a real specialty of Genoa), which needs constant rotation of the heavy oven pans for its preparation; after the rotary oven development we immediately understood its potential also for pizza baking. Even after 40 years, MORELLO FORNI combines the design phase with the assembly phase to offer its customers maximum flexibility in choosing the technical features that meet their needs. An example of this enduring commitment are the triple action anti-pollution filters created to solve the emission problems and overheating of the typical flues of traditional wood-burning ovens.
