The SOTO food company manufactures a selected range of delicious vegetarian organic products in Bad Endorf near the backdrop of the picturesque Chiemsee: a wide variety of carefully hand-rolled crispy batter rolls, fresh and appetising finger food specialities as well as fine burgers and patties for gourmet consumers. Established by Oskar Schramm in 1993, the family-run company has been under the management of Maria Schramm since the autumn of 2009 and operates on the basis of three primary principles:
