New Management Structure at Kräuter Mix
Specialist in air-dried herbs and spices appoints Marco Grasmeder as new Managing Director Business Administration

With Marco Grasmeder as new Managing Director Business Administration starting on 14 January 2026, Kräuter Mix GmbH will restructure its management team. In this role, he will be responsible for Finance, Controlling, Human Resources and IT, complementing the existing management trio alongside Managing Partners Bernhard Mix and Christoph Mix.
Extensive experience in business management
Marco Grasmeder, a trained industrial clerk and graduate in business administration, brings decades of relevant leadership experience to Kräuter Mix. He has held managing director positions in pharmaceutical wholesale and logistics, among other sectors. A native of Westphalia who has lived in Bavaria for many years, he succeeds Silke Wurlitzer as one of the former Managing Directors at Kräuter Mix. He emphasizes that, as a leader, it is important to always have an open door and an open ear for his employees.
After a total of 33 years with Kräuter Mix, Silke Wurlitzer has left the company. She played an important role in its successful development following the opening of the Eastern European markets and, through her commitment – most recently as a long-standing Managing Director – helped to place the family-owned business on a strong foundation. “We pay our respects, thank Silke Wurlitzer for her deployment and wishing her all the best for the future,” said Bernhard Mix.
