About KNAUER

We separate molecules and bring people together.

KNAUER, based in Berlin, is a medium-sized, owner-managed company that has been serving the research and laboratory world since 1962. We develop and produce scientific measuring instruments of outstanding quality for liquid chromatography, including

- Analytical HPLC / UHPLC - Preparative HPLC - Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC) - Multi-column chromatography / Simulated moving bed (SMB) chromatography

High pressure dosing, inline detection systems and osmometry are further business areas.

With more than 130 employees we are an established manufacturer of HPLC systems and components. Our valves, pumps, detectors and other components are used for many processes also outside HPLC. They are popular with customers who require individual solutions for their own laboratory products (OEM). KNAUER is an ideal partner for those who want more than standard solutions. Osmometers for determining the molality of solutions were the first products of the family business and the cornerstone of its success. KNAUER continues to develop and produce industry-leading osmometers.

In addition, the KNAUER Academy offers courses in HPLC and application development.

We support technological progress today and in the future.
