About HI-FOOD

HI-FOOD is a new company providing key functional ingredients and technological know-how for the bakery market and the food industry.

HI-FOOD is based near Parma (Italy) in the heart of the Food Valley. It was founded by entrepreneurs with a proven track record in the food sector, wishing to add value through in innovation and knowledge.

Our fibers are not chemically modified, they are extracted from vegetable sources, gently physically treated by proprietary process/technology. This is our job : studying functionality in natural sources, identifying the best process to get this functionality, studying and testing interactions with other ingredients, creating systems, reaching the best technical effect in real application.

HI-FOOD is the sister company of CAMPUS, providing functional ingredients for the meat business over 20 years.
