Our golden yellow barley matures for a long time in the wind and sun until it provides the raw material for the malt. The aromatic green hops grow up to 7 meters above the ground before being harvested after 70 days. And then the clear spring water from the depths of the earth. These valuable, carefully processed raw materials from the region are the beginning of something great. But it takes the right art of brewing to transform the stuff of pure joie de vivre into something you can enjoy from us every day. We love what we do and take great pleasure in the results.
