About Balis
The idea for BALIS was born in the Loretta Bar in Munich with a fresh Gin Basil Mule. The unmistakable aroma of basil, the slight spiciness of ginger, the fine sour lime - that's exactly what we wanted to bring into a bottle. Said, done. That was the birth of BALIS.
