Julia is the founder of Jacky F. and slowly she starts to listen to the name Jacky. How this transformation came about is a story of good food, sustainability, love, freedom and a passion for organic food.

Julia has lived in Sri Lanka for the last few years. It started when she mistook the jackfruit in a small restaurant for chicken. "Why doesn't it exist in Germany" and from this thought developed the idea of a social food startup that stands for more than just good food.
