New Big Mac Sizes Coming
McDonald's is reportedly planning to launch two new version of its Big Mac-- Mac Jr. and Grand Mac, next year.
The burger giant has started testing its next generation Big Mac spin-off sandwiches in Florida, according to reports.
"You can order one now, but we won't put them on the menu for a few days until we get more comfortable," said New Smyrna Beach franchisee Sue Martin, who operates three restaurants in the Volusia County town.
The Mac Jr. is a smaller version of the classic Big Mac burger with one patty and two buns, while the Grand Mac will have three buns and one-sixth of a pound patties. The Mac Jr. is priced at around $2.39 and $2.59, depending on the location, while the Grand Mac sells for $4.89. (dpa)
