THE ALLOS FARM MANUFACTORY In 1974, Walter Lang founded a self-catering project on the Allos farm. To this day, the heart of Allos and the new Allos Hof-Manufaktur beats here, entering a new era on May 1, 2014: as one of the leading manufacturers in the natural food trade, we unite a large selection of traditional brands for consumers and retailers under one roof. On our idyllic Allos farm in Drebber, Lower Saxony, the pioneering spirit of the founders of renowned brands lives on, innovation and exchange are encouraged and high-quality food is produced.

STRONG BRANDS WITH TRADITION FOR NATURE AND FAMILY Allos Hof-Manufaktur brings together strong brands such as Allos, which has stood for unadulterated, diverse whole foods for 40 years, and Tartex, the founder of the vegetarian spread. Our brand world also includes Dr. Ritter, the natural nutritional therapist since 1952, the de Rit brand founded in 1970, Molenaartje, SESAMSTRASSE and the English brand Cupper with organic and Fairtrade teas of the highest quality.

THE HEART OF THE ALLOS FARM MANUFACTORY The Allos Hof is the cultural center for our newly created organization with its diversity of employees and brands. Wholesalers and store owners are given space here for seminars and open dialog between experts. For our 250 employees, the Allos-Hof is a place of exchange where we conduct internal programs and training courses, live our common identity and develop new, innovative ideas.

TOGETHER FOR PEOPLE AND NATURE Our employees are our greatest asset. Their enthusiasm for conscious, natural nutrition is the foundation of our sustainable success. The Allos Hof-Manufaktur is made up of around 250 people, each of whom is an expert in their field. This diversity of grown organic know-how makes us one of the leading suppliers in the organic food trade.

Whether we are creating genuine organic originals, volunteering for environmental projects or eating our meals in the organic farm kitchen at the Allos farm: We do it together. Because for every employee at Allos Hof-Manufaktur, responsibility towards people and nature is a matter close to our hearts.

NEW ORGANIC ORIGINALS FROM THE RECIPE FORGE Freshly launched, the first thing we are investing in with Allos Hof-Manufaktur is our innovative strength. For example, in our new recipe forge. In an old half-timbered building, where Allos products have been produced for decades, there has been new space for product development, sensory analysis, a development kitchen and small-scale sample production since 2014. The Rezeptur-Schmiede has thus become the cradle of all new products in our brand world. With the well-known resourcefulness that has enabled us to make discoveries such as amaranth and agave syrup as well as the invention of plant-based pâtés, and which continues to produce genuine organic originals.

ARTISANAL PRODUCTION Whether fruit slices, spreads or many other tasty foods: the high-quality raw materials for our self-developed products are processed with particular care using artisanal production methods. 90 percent of our products are manufactured in-house - on the Allos farm in Drebber and in environmentally conscious Freiburg, the second production site of our Allos Hof-Manufaktur.
