More detection reliability and more resource efficiency

The new HEUFT eXaminer II XB celebrated its exhibition debut at the Anuga FoodTec

27-Mar-2015 - Germany

HEUFT SYSTEMTECHNIK GMBH presented two X-ray systems which track down foreign objects with incomparable care and precision at Anuga FoodTec 2015. Furthermore solutions for an efficient fill management and for a complete check of the packaging characteristics could be considered on Stand B-040 in Hall 05.02 of the "Koelnmesse".

A top-down inspector of the new generation with sustainably optimised pulsed X-ray technology for an even easier and more precise detection of all types of contamination was the highlight of the HEUFT exhibition presence. Another foreign object detector with unique X-ray strobes could be exhibited in addition to a fill management system also based on the new device platform and a device for the continuous examination of the characteristics of food packaging.

The new HEUFT eXaminer II XB which celebrated its exhibition debut at the Anuga FoodTec carries out a top-down inspection by means of pulsed X-ray technology using innovative compact image converters for the first time. This increases, among other things, the resolution and the sensitivity when detecting foreign objects, decreases the already unequalled low radiation emission again and at the same time makes the precise inspection of larger products possible. Even the parallel inspection of two products simultaneously is possible with the further development.

The greatly developed degree of automation of the new HEUFT SPECTRUM II platform and its new machine human interface (MHI) with the resource-saving audiovisual HEUFT NaVi user guidance make it simply easy for the user to guarantee the maximum amount of operating and detecting reliability.

This also applies to the new HEUFT SPECTRUM II VX for a precise filling quantity and closure check as well as the continuous monitoring of the performance of the filler and the closer. The following can also be seen at the Anuga FoodTec 2015: the HEUFT FinalView FO6 for an optical, all-around inspection of filled containers and the HEUFT eXaminer XAC, which is also equipped with unique X-ray strobes, for a careful and precise detection of foreign objects in food jars and canned food.
