Naturally Splendid: News on the extended distribution of hemp beers
Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. reports on the following highlights of the expanded distribution of the HempOmega-enriched beer Major Hemp H-IPA from Sipp Industries, Inc.
On 24 October 2018, Naturally Splendid announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Sipp under which Sipp was granted the limited exclusive rights to purchase HempOmega as a beer beverage additive in its hemp beer recipe approved by the Alcohol Tobacco Tax Trade Bureau (TTB) and to sell its TTB-approved hemp beer recipe to third parties in the beverage sector. These rights are exclusive to Colorado and Illinois and are subject to certain volume and activity requirements.
Naturally Splendid is pleased to announce that Sipp launched its canned hemp beer Major Hemp H-IPA in October 2018.
Sipp has now entered into a final distribution agreement with Wein-Bauer, Inc. for the distribution of the newly launched premium craft beer containing HempOmega. Wein-Bauer, Inc. has its main distribution center just outside Chicago and regional offices on both coasts of the U.S., as well as partnerships with distributors in the major U.S. states that, according to Sipp, will enable Major Hemp H-IPA's U.S.-wide expansion.
The two companies are currently working together to improve their sales and marketing strategies.
Sipp has also received approval from Binnys Beverage Depot to place Major Hemp H-IPA in all 40 U.S. branch locations. Binnys Beverage Depot is the largest independently managed liquor store in Illinois and has annual sales of more than $300 million at its 40 store locations. Binnys Beverage Depot is opening more and more stores in Illinois and has plans for further expansion throughout the Midwest.
Sipp is adding more locations in the Chicago metropolitan area every week.
In addition to Binnys Beverage Depot, Major Hemp H-IPA is currently sold in other well-known liquor stores, including Leos Liquors, Kenwood Liquors, Sunset Foods, Antioch Fine Wine & Liquor, Joes Beverage Warehouse and the first Armanetti Beverage Mart, a chain of 15 stores throughout Illinois State. New restaurants and pubs in Greater Chicago now feature Major Hemp H-IPA, including Sovereign Tap, Happys, Beermiscuous, Bar Tini and On The Rocks.
