Origin Data Solution for ATC, fTRACE, mynetfair & Co.

07-Mar-2016 - Germany

The SLA software Logistik Artland GmbH, experts for process optimization in the food industry, will present the add-on SLA Tracy at this year’s IFFA. This makes it much easier for producers to collate the origin information for all products, prepare it and make it available to their customers and well as consumer information platforms, such as ATC, fTRACE, mynetfair & Co. Further information can be obtained from SLA at IFFA 2016 in Hall 8.0, Stand D54 or at www.sla.de.

The software add-on can be integrated with the existing system in just a few steps.

The modular add-on, SLA Tracy, allows food producers to efficiently fulfil their documentation obligations to their customers, retailers and consumers. The software solution accepts the origin information from every supplier, regardless of medium (file, email, web service etc.) or format (xml, xls, csv etc.). The complete integration into the existing IT infrastructure occurs independently of the implemented ERP system. This eliminates doubled data entry and maintenance effort. Automated parsing of the data during import and export ensures the high quality of all of the origin data. Finally, the add-on applies the correct export format to the data and sends it to ATC, fTRACE, mynetfair & Co. or in the desired format to interested customers. SLA Tracy has the ability to export to all of platforms and they can be individually extended at any time. Future requirements can therefore be easily accommodated.

The platforms take on consumer information for retailers and present their end customers with the relevant product and origin information. This guarantees worldwide visibility and traceability for the food sold. Using a QR code, the consumer can access the desired product information over these platforms.

The integration of ATC, fTRACE or mynetfair into the internal IT is fully realized with SLA Tracy in just a few steps. The add-on inserts itself seamlessly into the existing system from SLA or other suppliers, such as SAP or MS Dynamics Navision.

This allows every customer and every platform to be supplied with the correct origin data, without any media breaks. Users of SLA Tracy save themselves complex processes and thereby gain an advantage over their competitors.
