The fluid is filled into different packaging sizes in a very precise and hygienic way. By using the ViscoTec sensitive pumping technology, neither the fruit particles nor valuable ingredients and vitamins are destroyed or exposed to high pressure. The purees keep their structure and texture and do not change their taste, smell or look during the filling process. A special designed filling pump, called RD-Hygienic Pump, is used for this application, which is certified by EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group). The unique hygienic design make it possible to clean the pump perfectly and offers no space for bacterial contamination.

Also a very fast change-over to different types of purees and batches could be realized. Even the filling of different kind of packaging types and sizes with different filling volumes could be fulfilled very easily: the flow rate of the pump could be adjusted on the fly by just controlling the speed of the motor. These dosing pumps are usually used in semi-automatic applications as well as for fully automated filling lines. The filling and dosing systems from ViscoTec are offering the best solution when it comes to filling of fruit or vegetable pastes.
