FrieslandCampina appoints Jan Kruise as Managing Director in Germany

FrieslandCampina aims to strengthen the company’s overall performance in Germany. As part of this focus, Jan Kruise will become Managing Director FrieslandCampina Germany as of 1 April 2017.

Jan Kruise’s extensive experience in fast-moving consumer goods, in the field of international retail and food service, fits perfectly with the need of FrieslandCampina in Germany.”
Jan Kruise has more than 25 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods. Kruise’s latest position was Director Business Unit North Europe at Lavazza, based in the United Kingdom. He started his career at Unilever and spent over thirteen years’ in several commercial roles in the Netherlands and Russia. Kruise subsequently joined H.J. Heinz, later The Kraft Heinz Company, where he worked in Sweden as General Manager Nordics, in Germany as Managing Director Central, North & East Europe, and in the United Kingdom as Managing Director UK & Ireland.
Kruise succeeds Peter Weltevreden, who in his new role, will focus on cross-organisational projects within FrieslandCampina Consumer Products Europe Middle East & Africa.
