MillerCoors Q3 Profit Rises
Underlying net income was $376.7 million, compared to $363.8 million last year.
Net sales for the quarter were $2.37 billion, up from $2.36 billion in the year ago quarter. Wall Street analysts had a consensus revenue estimate of $1.16 billion for the quarter.
"Despite a tough quarter in the overall industry, MillerCoors delivered profit growth driven primarily with Above Premium brands like Redd's, Smith & Forge, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy and Blue Moon Belgian White," said Tom Long, MillerCoors CEO. (dpa)
