Focus on traceability, nutritional value calculation and Industry 4.0

In hall 6.1, stand B090-C091 at the Anuga FoodTec, CSB-System AG will provide information about the latest developments in the areas of Traceability, nutritional value calculation and nutrition labeling as well as industrial automation and Industry 4.0.

With CSB Traceability, users can control, document and monitor the flow of goods for their products throughout the entire value chain. All origin and processing data can be captured completely and forwarded to customers and external databases, such as fTRACE or mynetfair. The integrated nutritional value calculation and nutrition labeling allow for automated calculation, labeling and management of all ingredients, nutritional values, allergens and genetically modified ingredients.

On its way to Industry 4.0 and the independently working food factory, CSB is presenting at the trade fair information about IT solutions used for production automation as well as for online machine data capture and automated data capture. There are further field-proven basic components in this area, such as mobile company applications, cloud solutions, RFID or the software-aided maintenance. Another example is CSB´s image processing technology: Amongst others, this technology enables fully automatic classification and sorting of raw materials based on defined criteria, which leads to an optimized control of the production and elimination of rejects. Furthermore, the experts from the CSB Automation AG will be presenting state-of-the-art automation concepts and sorting systems that make it possible to implement high-performance automatic picking.
